We have loved working with Grant! He is always working FOR YOU. He has very quick response time to all of our questions. We found a property we wanted to look at and it was getting late into the evening and we texted him and we saw it the next morning. I also love his added value; every time we looked at a property, Grant would point out favorable things vs. unfavorable things with someday having a family, buying rental properties, and exit strategies with the home. Grant is very knowledgable in the real estate world in general being an investor himself.
